An Introduction to Marma Therapy

According to ancient Ayurvedic theories, Marmas are junctions of energy and consciousness. These are the points where joints, bones, veins, muscles, and ligaments meet. Your Marmas must stay stimulated for all physiological systems of your body to function properly. There are 107 Marmas, which, when stimulated through precise touch and gentle massage, release blocked life force or prana and thereby heal the body from within.
